PREVENTING RUST INHIBITION POST CLEANING:
Rust inhibition after cleaning is a common process in parts cleaning.
Many parts that are ultrasonically cleaned are of metal, which tend to oxidize after some time resulting in an unsatisfactory finish. Preventing rust is therefore a major concern in parts cleaning.
The machine can be engineered to include rust-preventive dip tanks before the drying process. This prevents rust for up to 6 months depending on the type of the chemical used and the storage environment.
The method of implementing rust prevention feature is by use of rust preventive additives in the cleaning medium.
These rust preventive materials can be coated or painted over and does not leave any residue behind.
